I could feel that there was magic and medicine inside me, but every time I tried to bring it to life, I hit a wall.

I was creating incredible results helping people heal, but no one knew about it. I found myself caught between wanting to feel the spark and not letting it burn me out. I wanted to pour into people and receive what I knew was possible for me, while keeping my family at the center.

I kept being told that the answer was more time. Find more quiet space. Set aside more hours. But as a mom of five, I did not have that kind of time.

I loved my life. I loved my family. I cared about my work and the people I was here to serve. I didn't want to sacrifice one to have the other. I'm a big fan of having your cake, eating it too, and feeling refreshed after.

So, I tried something different.

I started weaving energy work, somatic healing, and ritual into the moments that were already there. Into wild days with the kids. Into a new project. Into moments when I'd been carrying too much. Into everyday moments most people glance over without a second thought.

They were small practices, but I quickly realized the smaller the magic, the bigger the impact.

Suddenly everything started to speed up. Instead of feeling time stretched, I found it in abundance. My kids felt it, my husband felt it, my family felt it, my bank account felt it.

One day I realized I could be fully present for the people I loved without leaving myself out of the picture. And when I did, everything else expanded.
