TEACHER, PRACTITIONER, AND GUIDE
Hey there, I’m Angie.
When I was 16, I found myself deep in depression, anxiety, and self-injury, wondering if I would make it out of my teenage years. I promised myself that if I survived, I would help paint a different path for wellness, the kind I needed in order to find my way out.
Twenty years later, I’ve facilitated hundreds of sessions guiding clients and students into deeper relationship with their bodies, their inner guidance, and the ancestral stories that live beneath the surface of everyday life so they can live healed and free.
InSoma Institute was born from that place: a space for deep, mastery-level training that invites practitioners into a more embodied, skillful, and ethically rooted healing practice. Through InSoma Institute, we train intuitive, vision-led practitioners in multidimensional somatic and energetic healing. Through InSoma Healing Center, we provide transformational healing for the physical body, mind, and soul.
As a wife and mom of five, I’m devoted to building accessible pathways to generational healing that reshape how we live, lead, and pass on wisdom.
My work lives at the intersection of spirituality, somatic sciences, and psychological study, with a focus on the revolutionary reclamation of your own body, mind, and soul so you can put your own medicine into the world.
When it comes down to it, I believe in quick spells with deep roots. I believe the energy and body hold the blueprint for your healing and your purpose.
